BRANDTEGRITY
one plan,
one voice,
one brand
Find your brand voice
and stand out from your
competition
In a competitive market where everyone is offering an identical product or service, the winners are those who learn to stand out.
In most markets, brands get lost in the noise and customers are spoilt for choice. When customers cannot judge the best partner for them, they go with the least risky option (often the one with the lowest price).
By finding your unique voice and identity, you can find tribes within your market that share your values and will prefer to work with you versus your competition (because you get them).
Customers prefer to work with brands they trust and with whom them are most comfortable. Make them your early adopters and innovators, and let them take you over the tipping point into the early majority!
“Everything you say and do, communicates
somethinG
to someone.”

Every aspect of your organization, from sales campaigns and design choices, to customer support channels, and internal statements to staff communicate something to someone in your organization’s value chain, whether explicitly or implied.
And if you don’t know exactly what you’re saying to everyone you’re talking to. People start to create different ideas about whom you and your brand are.
So…How Do We Do It?
How Do We Bring Everything under a Single Brand, Voice & Story?

Step 1: Meet & Greet
Our first meeting will be about introducing the process to you and your team.
We use this day to discuss goals, expectations and what to expect from the coming weeks

Step 2: The Business Workshop
This meeting is a full day of brainstorming, evaluating, and prioritizing exercises designed to figure out whom you really are as a company.

Step 3: Time to Make a Plan
Our first meeting will be about introducing the process to you and your team.
We use this day to discuss goals, expectations and what to expect from the coming weeks

Step 4: Sharpening
the Plan
This is where we file down the rough edges, talk about hurdles and sticking points, gaps in information and resource problems in order to nail down this plan.

Step 5: Handing the Reigns Back to You
This is it. This is where all the hard work from the previous workshops come into play, and we let you begin executing the plan.
If you stick closely to the work we’ve done so far, you, your team, and your customers are going to be in a much better, more unified position for the coming challenges.

If you want to bring your services, aesthetics, values, audiences and marketing strategies into one cohesive brand…
